Sexy pole dance spins, transitions, and floorwork is blended in each class. Work on climbing, building your strength and fitness level with these classes…all while learning the fundamentals of pole dancing. Each class instructs a large variety of spins, poses and combinations to maximize your learning within this class. This level is carefully designed for beginners who do not have any pole dance experience. If you are looking to jump-start a new workout routine, this level is perfect for you!

Attire: workout shorts and tshirt or tank top. Heels are optional, or you can dance barefoot.
